Almond milk is made from almonds and water. It tastes so much better when you make your own.
Almond Milk Nutritional Information
Almonds are rich in protein and fibre. They contain vitamin E, monounsaturated fats, biotin (vitamin B7), calcium, phosphorus and magnesium, a trace amount of copper and plant sterols.
How to make Almond Milk

Start by soaking half a cup of almonds overnight.
Discard the soak water the next morning and give your almonds a good rinse.

In a blender add 500mls of water, a pinch of himalayan salt and a teaspoon of vanilla essence.

Blitz until everything is mixed together.
Then pour your mixture through a sieve.

Your almond milk will last 3 or 4 days in the fridge. You can use the discarded almond pulp as a body scrub (add a little oil to get your desired body scrub consistency).
